A Second Chance With The CEO After Divorce

Belinda Nelson, terminally ill, learns she's lost her unborn child. Simultaneously, she discovers her husband, CEO Kristopher Cox, has reunited with his first love, Cathy Miller. Kristopher dismisses Belinda's pain and attempts to contact him, even bringing Cathy to confront Belinda about her abortion. Heartbroken, Belinda decides to divorce Kristopher, who initially refuses, believing she's playing games. Belinda moves out and starts living her remaining life freely, attending parties and reconnecting with college senior Darren Wright, who shows genuine care.
