Story of the series

Rae gets dumped by her fiancé just three hours before their wedding, then marries his uncle Ethan instead. She loses eight babies over three years, only to find Ethan’s been spiking her milk with abortion pills all along to protect his crush Chloe. Devastated, Rae runs off to Iceland and becomes a great screenwriter. Ethan finally sees the truth, takes Chloe down and turns himself in.
