Story of the series

Claire Page wakes up traumatized after a non-consensual encounter with powerful CEO Ellsworth Mosley, accepting a $1 million NDA. She secretly plots revenge against the Tyler family for past humiliation, but soon uncovers they murdered her parents. Ellsworth, increasingly possessive, discovers Claire's tragic past and her enemies. He brutally destroys the Tyler empire for her, yet his methods are controlling and dehumanizing. Overhearing his callous remarks about her, Claire demands a contract with an end date. Ellsworth grants a one-year term, intending to break her will and make her stay, while Claire sees it as her path to freedom and justice for her parents.
