Contract With the Rose

To escape her betrothal to Matthias, freelance photographer Sophia brings a 200-million black card and proposes a contract marriage to Alejandro, Matthias’s older brother and a billionaire CEO. Alejandro refuses the money but sets three conditions: no interference in each other’s private lives, a four-year duration, and that neither must fall in love first. The two tie the knot in a whirlwind marriage. Post-wedding, Sophia discovers that Alejandro has secretly loved her for five years and even built the entire Washington Road filled with bougainvilleas for her. Their contract gradually evolves into true love. However, Alejandro's stepmother, Regina, colludes with the shareholders to launch an attack. To protect him, Sophia pretends she doesn't love him and leaves. After seventeen days of separation, enlightened by her father, she returns and confesses her true feelings. Fighting side-by-side, they launch a counterattack and uncover that Regina has embezzled 120 million in assets, resulting in Regina being exiled from the family. After the storm passes, they hold a makeup wedding on Washington Road. Sophia becomes pregnant and gives birth to a daughter, naming her Rosa (Rose). Matthias successfully proposes to Camilla, and the whole family reunites. At the end, as three seashell wind chimes ring on the balcony of their oceanfront villa, Sophia says, "I threw myself into my rose."
