Country Belles

Lily, a girl from a newly wealthy family, travels to Newhaven to meet her fiancé and fulfill their engagement. However, her fiancé Preston looks down on her, leading her to mistakenly believe that Jece, a poor student, is Preston. As Lily spends time with Jece, they fall genuinely in love, and she helps him get out of debt and stand up to bullies. Later, Preston falls for Lily during a meeting, only to realize that Lily is the fiancée he once scorned. Overcome with regret, Preston tries to win Lily back, yet Lily chooses Jece instead.
