Eric, a Level 8 fitter at Motor Factory, earned a spot in the aerospace project kickoff ceremony with his proprietary machining technique achieving 0.005mm precision, only to have it stolen by Julian, the nephew of factory director Michael, who abused his authority and maliciously fired him. Invited to join Rivania Mechanics, Eric exposed Julian's impersonation on the spot during the ceremony. He then conquered the ultra-high precision challenge of 0.003mm, rising to become the head of precision machining for the aerospace project. After reaching success, he founded a technical night school, passing on his lifelong skills to young workers and completing the legacy of knowledge transfer.
