Story of the series

Darrell Morgan had been a devoted husband and father, working day and night to provide for his family. But his wife and daughter never truly appreciated him. On their 20th wedding anniversary, which also happened to be Darrell's birthday, his wife Sonia Barker and his daughter chose to dine with Sonia's first love, leaving Darrell all alone. While drowning his sorrow, Darrell received an unexpected offer: inherit his late uncle's fortune at the cost of leaving everything behind. With nothing left to lose, he took the deal. This time, he was walking away for good.
