Dorian Crowe is known as the devil of the courtroom. He's never lost a case. So when Jasper Hale, son of Cliffberg's richest man Grayson Hale, is convicted of assault in the first trial, he pulls every string to hire Dorian to clear his name. At a restaurant, Jasper lays eyes on a pregnant woman, Rachel, completely unaware she's the wife of Dorian's son, Leo. Fueled by arrogance and lust, Jasper starts harassing the couple, mocking, threatening, even attacking them. Just when things spiral out of control, Dorian arrives. He steps in and reveals who he is, but Jasper doesn't care. He keeps beating Leo and Rachel, only walking away once court is about to begin. Then, the real twist hits. On the day of the trial, Jasper smugly waits for his star lawyer to show up, only to realize the man he humiliated, the one he begged to save him is Dorian Crowe himself.
