Marry the Uncle Instead

As the adopted daughter of the Shangs, Rachel knew from childhood that she would marry one of the three brothers—Bender, Edmund, or Harrison. She tried every means to win their favor, only to be met with contempt and mockery. The brothers mistakenly identified Shirley, the daughter of a servant, as their savior and showered her with care.
