Garcia discovers her fiancé, Charles, is gay and cheating with Mark just days before their wedding. Heartbroken and drunk, she accidentally enters Apollo Reed's hotel room, mistaking their intimate encounter for a dream. The next morning, she accuses him of assault, only to receive a $10 million transfer, which she plans to return. Seeking a fresh start, Garcia begins her dream job at Reed Corporation, disguised to avoid recognition. However, she soon finds herself face-to-face with Apollo Reed, the CEO, in his office. He confronts her about "stealing" a valuable book, and she, terrified, is ordered to her knees, fearing punishment while trying to conceal her true identity. Meanwhile, a viral video of her confronting Charles adds to her stress. She is then tasked with driving Apollo to an important meeting.
