Story of the series

Luna, wife of Alpha King Xenois, endures his neglect as he prioritizes his ex-girlfriend Sophia and her son Riley over their own son, Ollie, who is mysteriously ill. Ollie's condition, suspected to be a magical siphon, worsens. Xenois misses Ollie's fifth birthday for Riley's, a betrayal Luna and Ollie witness publicly. Heartbroken, Ollie dies after Luna is hit by a car saving him. Luna, blaming Xenois, dies from a broken mate bond. Reborn, Luna resolves to save Ollie and leave Xenois. She proactively seeks medical help for Ollie and confronts Sophia, who manipulates Xenois with lies about Luna's hostility. Xenois, believing Sophia, forces Luna to apologize. At a lunch, Luna retaliates against Sophia's provocations, leading Xenois to banish her. Luna then learns Ollie has collapsed, realizing time is running out. Riley's perspective reveals Sophia's abuse and manipulation.
