Revenge and Love

In order to avenge her adoptive mother, Elara Thorn enters the Smith family by pretending to be James Smith's illegitimate daughter. She gets close to her half-brother, Ryan Smith, and sets her elaborate revenge plan in motion. However, Elara's plan to seduce her brother as a way to get back at her father is soon seen through by Ryan. As they threaten and manipulate each other in a dangerous game, Elara receives news that James plans to marry her off to Mr. Williams for the benefit of the family. She goes along with it but is stopped by Ryan. Despite the repeated hurt and their constant back-and-forth, it's clear that amid their tangled emotions, both have already fallen deeply in love.
