One rainy night, a little girl begs on her knees for her estranged father to save her dying mother—only to be cruelly rejected as he tears up the money meant for help. At her lowest, she unlocks a strange power: eyes that see golden auras of good and evil, and the ability to speak with plants. Using scraps and branches, she accidentally saves a wounded warlord from assassins and is adopted by him. To her joy, he falls in love with her mother at first sight—bringing hope from despair.
