STORY

Story of the series

Xavier, a gang leader, mistook Noella, his wife Estella's twin sister, for the person who saved him seven years ago because of a fake birthmark. Persuaded by lies, he forcibly took Estella's five-month-old unborn baby to make amber without any anesthesia. Estella later learned that the whole scheme was plotted by Noella and her biased parents. When the truth came out, Xavier realized Estella was his real savior and the one he loved, falling into deep regret and desperate atonement. Traumatized, Estella remained resolute and never forgave him. In the end, all the culprits were arrested. The couple got divorced, and Estella stepped out of the pain to embrace a new life.
