Story of the series

Sophia Olsen was running a stall at the night market when she got "accosted" by some cutey-pie kids, who asked her to marry the richest man, Victor Edwards. To escape her stepmother's nagging about getting married, Sophia agreed to a hasty wedding. Victor also agreed to avoid being pestered, but he demanded to keep his identity a secret. After the two got their marriage license, Victor pretended to be poor, which caused some comical misunderstandings. Just as they were starting to develop feelings for each other, yet Victor's ex-wife returned to the country.
