Vampire Stolen Heart

Irene, a pureblood vampire maiden of the Vantrow family, yearns for the love of her family. Eventually, she is forced to donate her remaining half heart to Belle. Victor and Belle personally escort her to the operating table and cut out her last half heart with their own hands, leading to Irene's tragic death.​ However, the bribed surgeon, tormented by a guilty conscience, exposes the entire truth, plunging Grace and Karen into endless remorse and utter collapse.
