Wrong Door Right Girl

Paige, a struggling aspiring musician, dreams of getting into the Royal Academy of Music, but the application fees are impossible. At the homecoming party, she plans to confess to her crush Vera—but in her nervous rush, she knocks on the wrong door and finds Talia, the star cheerleading captain, just after discovering her boyfriend Derek's infidelity. Talia proposes a fake-girlfriend contract: Paige pretends to date her until the National Cheerleading Championship. In return, Talia helps Paige join the music club and raise funds. They face campus gossip and Derek's vicious retaliation, and their fake romance slowly turns real. Derek spreads lies. Talia's controlling mother uses money and media to tear them apart. A severe ankle injury threatens Talia's cheer career. Misunderstandings pull them apart. With support from friends and her brother, Paige accepts herself, exposes Derek, and passes her academy audition with her original song "Cheer for My Heart." She rushes to the championship and confesses publicly. Defying class prejudice, the two girls bravely choose their future together.
